This exclusive workshop led by Womens Health Physio from PlusPhysio Julie Robinson and 'Flawed and Awesome' Postnatal Exercise Specialist Lisa Butler, will empower you to understand and appreciate your body so that you can feel confident from the inside-out after your baby.

 

Bring your babies! Older children may cause more of a distraction and it is suggested that alternative arrangements may be found for this particular event to allow you to get the most from it.

FAQs

 

Can I bring my baby and/or children?

You are welcome to bring your baby. Older children may cause more of a distraction to you and others and it is suggested that alternative arrangements may be found. 


Will there be refreshments?

Light refreshments including tea, coffee and cake will be offered as well as samples from local businesses that offer nutritious and delicious foods that work in harmoney with your pregnant and postnatal body.


What should I wear?

This workshop will involve a small amount of light movement - it is suggested that you wear something that allows you to stretch and move comfortably.


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No - if you are pregnant or postnatal, at any stage, then you are most welcome to join us.


What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is ample parking TO THE REAR of Salisbury Medical Practice. Alternatively, there is a bus that runs alongside the Practice or it is within easy walking distance of the Town Centre and the Train Station.
