A thorough and detailed assessment at the beginning of your journey with us is key. We allow 60 minutes for your first visit in order to gather this information, no shortcuts here. That way we can be confident that we understand where the root of the problem is and be certain of what your goals are. While we are experienced in relieving pain and restoring movement, lasting results are what we are about.
We use a variety of methods of treatment, manual therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation and Pilates, all underpinned with sound clinical reasoning and tailored to you.
Should we feel that your problem would benefit from a multidisciplinary approach we have a large network of specialist clinicians who we can use to provide different techniques to support your recovery.
During your time with us we aim to inspire you with our knowledge on how to improve and maintain your physical health and have confidence in your body.
Use our PhysiApp mobile App to see your rehabilitation exercise program which will be designed by your Physio to assit in your recovery. The App allows you to complete your exercises whenever and wherever you choose to fit them into your busy schedule, you can even set reminders so you don't forget!
Watch videos or look at pictures of each of your exercises to make sure you get them perfect. You can provide feedback to your Physio and even message them direct from the App if you are struggling with an exercise. Your Physio can change your program between visits to make sure your progress is maintained.
